I am delighted to offer this class to everyone from April 2024. I have really enjoyed leading this Tuesday class and I wish to share the benefits of Purna Yoga with you. We will explore many different topics and asanas, putting our focus on Strength, Stretching, Twisting, Backbending, Inversions and Relaxation.

Here is all you need to know about the course:

  • Class Time. We will meet every Tuesday between 18:00 and 19:15 (EET). If you are in a different time zone, check the time difference to join live, or do the recording, which will be sent to you 30 mins after the class is finished. If you find the time challenging for you, consider joining still, since a recording will be done in great quality.

  • Interactive Class. We will use Zoom as our main platform, which will allow me to see you as you practice, and offer corrections and alternatives that suit your specific needs.

  • Recorded classes. All the course classes will be recorded and available for you for 30 days after it. The course is designed so that you can take one class multiple times and therefore deepen your understanding. You’ll be able to review, clarify and deepen your practice. Adding to this, each week will have a different topic, and therefore you’ll always have available 4 classes that are completely different and that build on each other.

  • Limited amount of participants. This class has been crafted for a small group of people, and therefore spaces are limited. I want to be able to focus on your needs. I want those participating to feel supported, seen and helped during the entire course. Your progress is my main priority. The class will be open to the general public only if there are spaces left.

  • Course Fee. The course fee is 65€ / month, which will be paid at the beginning of the month. The minimum commitment is 2 months.
